As a reminder, to everyone, during the holidays and especially JULY 4TH, please be aware of your neighbors, pets, and the safety to others and other’s property, it is illegal to set off any “Aerial Fireworks” within the Town of Gilbert and the community. As a reminder, 4.5 of the CC&R’s states firecrackers are not permitted.
General fireworks are permitted in Gilbert for the fun and safety of families. Other than that, firecrackers, M80’s, firing of a gun in the air and aerial fireworks are illegal. If this happens, please contact Gilbert PD, at 480-503-6500, or 911 if it is serious and let Law Enforcement handle it. Please give the address where the situation is occurring.
